Pricing

All prices listed are subject to change without prior notice. While we endeavor to supply competitive pricing we cannot control currency exchange rates. All pricing includes 15% VAT.

Stock

All product seen on this website are in stock. If a product has a zero stock value, we will not display that item until the stock is replenished. We refresh our stock levels status everyday. In some cases a product ordered can be out of stock due to the same day orders received. If this does happen, we will notify you of the next available delivery date or alternatively we will either propose an alternative product or refund your purchase.

Please Note: We do not hold stock at our premises.

Delivery Information

All orders will be delivered to the customer preferred address. Please ensure the address details are correct on your account with us. Manhattan Computer Solutions will not be held liable for incorrect address details entered.
We do not deliver to any Postal Boxes
Delivery will take place between 08h00 and 17h00 weekdays. We cannot provide an exact time for delivery.
No Deliveries will take place on weekends or public holidays
All deliveries will need to be accepted in person at the address provided. A second attempt at delivery could incur additional charges.

Delivery is made anywhere in South Africa by courier

o Gauteng : 1 to 3 working days
o Western Cape: 2 to 4 working days
o Kwa-Zulu Natal: 2 to 4 working days
o Outlying Areas: 2 to 5 working days

Returns

Manhattan Computer Solutions does not sell products on a trial basis.

Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before placing orders

Manhattan Computer Solutions agreements with its suppliers with regards to returns in terms of Section 55 of the CPA shall apply mutatis mutandis to THE CLIENT, having the effect such that the terms apply directly between THE CLIENT and the supplier of the product that THE CLIENT wishes to return. Manhattan Computer Solutions will merely act as an intermediately between THE CLIENT and the supplier. Software that has been opened,Printer Cartridges and CD’S shall not be accepted for returns. Returns of items with damage to any barcode, serial number or identification number will not be accepted. All cost relating to the return of items, including but not limited courier cost, shall be payable by THE CLIENT. Manhattan Computer Solutions may charge a handling fee on returns. All risk of damage, theft or loss of the items being returned shall rest with THE CLIENT.

No goods can be returned after 7 days or will be taken back if opened. It must be undamaged and unused, with the original labels still attached in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition.

It may take 7 – 14 business days for our financial institution to process the funds back into your account.
If an incorrect product is delivered to you my mistake (i.e. it’s not the product you ordered), we’ll arrange to collect the product from you, and we’ll deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible. Please don’t remove the product from its original packaging.

To arrange a return, please contact our customer service on email sales@mhn.co.za to notify us and complete the returns form on our website.

Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before placing orders.

Dead On Arrival

If your products have been damaged en-route or if they are dead on arrival. Please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for the collection of the goods. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check the products and advise us if you feel there is any fault or damage.

Your declaration of your damaged or faulty goods must be received within 48 hours. As soon as we receive the item, it will be tested to confirm the fault. Depending on the manufacturers policy the product will either be repaired and returned or a replacement will be sent.

Warranty

All warranties are with the manufacture’s / distributors of the products and is not with Manhattan Computer Solutions. Battery warranties are 12 months – ( Unless otherwise stated via e-mail) . Inverters and batteries need to be installed by approved installers.

All warranties are covered by the manufacturers themselves and dealt with in the same way as if this item is purchased from an authorised retail outlet. No Warranty from damage from natural disaster No Warranty if the serial number label is missing, damaged or tampered with

Manhattan Computer Solutions will repair, replace or refund any product deemed to be faulty if reported within 7 days after acceptance of goods. Manufacturers must be contacted directly for warranty queries after 7 days of acceptance of goods.

Errors and Omissions

Manhattan Computer Solutions makes every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions quoted on its website are correct and accurate. Please do let us know should you come across one and we will update it as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any claims or damages caused by errors and omissions so it is advisable to check both specification and pricing before ordering or using information provided on this website.

Comments
